So the past couple of days have been pretty tough. I haven't been really able to focus and be myself because I'm too busy being frustrated and annoyed by every little thing. Why? I have no idea. The only time I fee like I have a sense of peace is when I'm doing my quiet time at night time. I think God is testing my patience towards things and other people. So far so good, but I came really close to snap the other day, and that would've been bad because I don't want to be sent home... I think quilting has been helping me too, but quilting only goes so far. I already finished my 2nd quilt! (pictures will be up soon) So I please ask you to pray that I learn to be more patient as well as stay focused in my remaining weeks.
I can't believe that I only have like 3 weeks in this place! Time really flies by fast! This week is thanksgiving week and although I am happy to have people around me to spend it with, I am REALLY sad that I won't be with my family. I won't be able to spend thanksgiving with my family this year as well as the next two years. Thanksgiving is honestly one of my favorite holidays. Great food, great quality time with family, bball with the "old" uncles with us "young and cool" kids, more food, more food, naps, and not sleeping because me and my "black Friday" crew go shopping at 3:30AM!
Thanksgiving this year is sure going to be way different... Aigo~
