Life back in the U.S. is still a reverse culture shock in-process. I guess "quarter-life crisis" has finally hit and it's confusing me more and more to what my future will look like. I've had my future planned out for years now, but now it seems like I'm slowly getting lost in the transition time, and the main thing I'm asking the big homie G to help guide me through the right path, whatever that may be. So I ask that you please pray for me as well...
I have a job!!! Well, it's not a real world job but I'm working as a tutor for the No Child Left Behind students. The pay is pretty good and so far, no kids have died yet so I guess I'm doing something right :)
Reverse culture shock is slowly ending... PTL! lol But there still things here and there that is still hard to get used to. I can't really think of anything right now, but there will be a special update on reverse culture shock stuff... SOON!
Thanksgiving back home was AMAZING! It's been 2 years since I've been away for Thanksgiving, and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better one. I am so thankful for everything and everyone in my life right now as hazy and weird as it may be.
Now, times for Christmas and New Years... wow 2010 is slowly approaching its end... I'm kinda excited for the new year though, for some weird reason, I really think 2011 is going to be MY YEAR! I don't know why, but I expect good things :D
Oh and I'm loving the 80 degree weather we're having here in beautiful Southern California :)
