I guess all that praying is finally paying off... it rains EVERY DAY here and I never thought I'd say this but: I'm sick of the rain.
When I arrived in Spain, the first day it rained, the second day it rained, the 3rd and 4th it SNOWED, and the weather here has been REALLY inconsistent. I even got bombarded with hail one day, and I was like -_-. When asking my English session people they say that the weather will get better in the summer around June-July... Well, TOO BAD for me. Why? I'll be going to the RAINIEST city in the US-- SEATTLE! I've been known as the bearer of bad weather since I've arrived here haha.
Anywhoo, enough complaining about rain.
The swine flu pandemic is pretty scary. I remember studying about avian and swine flu in microbiology class and how epidemics differs than pandemics etc... oh man that class was tough but I guess I did get something out of it.
I guess that the swine flu strain mutated and some poor pig farmer in Mexico got infected from it...
Spain found out 2 days ago about people infected with the virus and suspect that there might be more out there. I just hope and pray that everyone stays healthy.
